The terms governing your use of EditableLinks.com.
Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 19 February 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services provided at editablelinks.com (the “Service”), operated by Industrial Strategic Ltd, trading as EditableLinks.com (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. About the Service
EditableLinks.com provides a platform for creating, managing, and tracking shortened links, bio link pages, QR codes, file links, vCard links, event links, static sites, and related digital resources. The Service includes visitor analytics, custom domain support, tracking pixel integration, notification handling, white-label branding, API access, and data export functionality, subject to the features available on your subscription plan.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
3. Account Registration
3.1 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party.
3.3 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
3.4 You must notify us immediately at hello@editablelinks.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
3.5 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or that we reasonably believe have been compromised.
4. Subscription Plans and Pricing
4.1 The Service is available through multiple subscription tiers: Free, Pro, Business, and Campaign. Each tier provides access to different features and usage limits as described on our pricing page.
4.2 Paid subscriptions are available on a monthly basis, an annual basis, or as a one-time lifetime purchase, depending on the plan and current availability.
4.3 All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). VAT at the applicable rate will be added at checkout for customers where required by law.
4.4 We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing active subscriptions until their next renewal date. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice of price changes to existing subscribers.
4.5 Annual subscriptions are billed in advance for the full 12-month period.
4.6 Lifetime subscriptions grant access to the features of the purchased plan for as long as the Service continues to operate. Lifetime subscriptions do not guarantee access to features introduced in future plans or tiers that did not exist at the time of purchase.
5. Payment and Billing
5.1 Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
5.2 Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
5.3 You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.
5.4 If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend access to paid features until payment is successfully processed.
5.5 We may offer offline payment methods at our discretion. Offline payments require proof of payment and are subject to manual approval.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Monthly and annual subscriptions are eligible for a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal, provided you have not substantially used the Service during that period.
6.2 Lifetime subscriptions are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not substantially used the Service during that period.
6.3 Refund requests must be submitted to hello@editablelinks.com. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
6.4 We reserve the right to refuse a refund where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or substantial use of the Service during the refund period.
6.5 These refund terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.
7. Free Plan
7.1 The Free plan provides limited access to the Service at no cost. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Free plan at any time.
7.2 Free plan accounts that remain inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be deleted, along with all associated data, after 30 days’ notice sent to the registered email address.
7.3 Resources created under the Free plan may display EditableLinks.com branding and may be subject to splash page interstitials before redirecting visitors.
8. Acceptable Use

9.2 We do not pre-screen content but reserve the right to review, remove, or disable access to any content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of third parties.
9.3 Where you collect personal data from visitors through bio link page blocks (email collectors, phone collectors, contact forms, or payment integrations), you are the data controller for that data. 12.2 You must include proper authentication in all API requests. API keys are confidential and must not be shared or exposed publicly.

13. Intellectual Property
13.1 The Service, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is owned by Industrial Strategic Ltd and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
13.2 You retain ownership of all content you create or upload through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, transmit, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
13.3 You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, nor reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
14. Data Processing and Privacy
14.1 Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
14.2 Where you use the Service to collect personal data from third parties (through bio link blocks, contact forms, or other features), you acknowledge that you are acting as a data controller and we are acting as a data processor. You agree to comply with all applicable data protection legislation in respect of that data.
14.3 We will process such data only in accordance with your instructions as expressed through your use of the Service, and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

16.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Industrial Strategic Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
16.2 Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.
16.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
16.4 We are not liable for the content, accuracy, legality, or availability of any third-party websites or services linked to through the Service, nor for the actions of any third party.

18.4 All shortened links, bio link pages, QR codes, and other resources associated with a terminated account will cease to function within 30 days of termination.
18.5 Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) shall survive termination.
19. Modifications to the Service and Terms
19.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Where changes materially reduce the features available on your current plan, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice.
19.2 We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or by prominent notice within the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
